Pep Guardiola's message

There was one message Pep Guardiola kept repeating over and over again at his news conference.

Manchester City may be Premier League champions but he wants to see how his players react this summer, to make sure they still have the desire to win more trophies.

He did it at Barcelona and Bayern Munich and he wants to push on at City also.

Asked about his own future, Guardiola says he feels strong and gave every indication he will sign an extension to his present deal, which expires in 2019.
